I am a postdoctoral researcher at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, working in the group Theory of Atmospheric Dynamics and Climate, with Prof. Ulrich Achatz. I have studied middle atmosphere dynamics including atmospheric waves, large-scale circulations and their variability, in theoretical and modeling aspects. My current research focuses on internal gravity waves generated from various sources and large-scale tropical waves as well as the quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO) driven by these waves, with deep interest in their spatio-temporal variations. Its aim is to better understand and model the QBO and wave dynamics, which impact upon seasonal and climate predictions.

My CV can be found here.
